Who we are
The Create Growth N2 Project is part of the Create Growth Expansion Programme, a business support project funded and administered by the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS). Nottingham City Council (Funding Manager) as well as the programme Delivery Partners process data. They may share this data between themselves exclusively for the effective delivery of the project. In addition they may share this data with other business support providers where your express permission has been given. It will not be used for any other purpose. We may contact you for further information regarding the interaction, and with details of other opportunities available through the project.
The project has contractual obligations to collect the data included within this form to record outputs and outcomes so that Nottingham City Council and DCMS can monitor and evaluate the Create Growth N2 programme. Nottingham City Council, in its role as Funding Manager, can request to see and check the information but will fully anonymise any personal data prior to delivering any required aggregated data sets to DCMS.
For the purposes of General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), in terms of the information processed, the following parties are Data Controllers:
- DCMS – who determines the purpose and criteria for processing
- Nottingham City Council – who passes on the requirements to the Delivery Partner(s)
- Delivery Partners (Nottinghamshire County Council, Nottingham Trent University, The University of Nottingham, NBV Enterprise Solutions Ltd, D2N2 LEP, Invest in Nottingham) – who processes the information
- Frontier Economics – external evaluators will have access to the application data for the purposes of evaluation
